The Republican Party Of Navarro County will hold an Executive Committee Meeting on Monday September 12, 2022 at 6:30 pm at Republican Headquarters located at 111-B West Third Avenue in downtown Corsicana.
Our speaker is Konni Burton, Founder and CEO of "The Texan," a statewide news outlet focused on the stories that matter to most Texans and their pocketbook. Previously, she was a grassroots activist who worked on numerous campaigns for local, state, and federal races. Konni then ran for office and was elected in 2014 to serve Tarrant County's Senate District 10 in Austin. Her experience as a grassroots activist, elected official, and taxpaying citizen provides a unique and valuable perspective on the political landscape in Texas.
Just like you, Konni Burton is tired of the liberal narratives that monopolize the mainstream media. She is fighting back. Seven of ten Americans, when polled, believe the media knowingly spreads misinformation at least some of the time. "The Texan" is here to counter that misinformation and provide news you can trust.
Konni Burton will continue to take-on a media that is more opinion than facts. She fights "Fake News."
