Representative Kathy Manning serves NC-06 in Congress as a tireless advocate for North Carolina by helping our state get good-paying jobs, increasing access to health care, and making higher education more affordable. Representative Manning also serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and Committee on Education and Labor. From voting rights to quality public education to reproductive health care, Wiley Nickel has worked hard on the issues important to North Carolinians. As a state senator, Wiley authored a bill to improve child literacy and to put a nurse in every public school, and he fought to pass bipartisan legislation to expand rural broadband. These races are some of the most important races in the country this year. Because defending the Democratic House majority depends on what happens in North Carolina. But they cannot do this alone.
