The Supreme Court, led by Trump’s hand-picked, anti-choice justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, rejected a challenge to a Kentucky law requiring doctors to perform ultrasounds and play a fetal heartbeat to those seeking abortions.
This comes on the heels of SCOTUS announcing it will review a Louisiana abortion case this spring -- meaning they could undo Roe v. Wade in the next few months.
