So as one of our top supporters, we wanted to show you how much we’ve achieved with your support. There’s less than 80 days until the midterm elections, that means now is the time to push hard to register voters and mobilize them behind progressive change. 

Here’s where we stand:

• In Austin - we PASSED our initiative to decriminalize marijuana and ban no-knock raids by police
• In San Marcos, Denton, Elgin, Killeen, and Harker Heights - our initiatives to decriminalize marijuana are ON THE BALLOT in November
• In Alton - the city council adopted a resolution to increase city wages after we submitted thousands of petition signatures
• In El Paso - the city council has delayed their charter election to accommodate our initiative to create a citywide climate charter

With your help, we’ve achieved so much in just one year’s time. We’ve put progressive change on the ballot—from boosting wages, to climate action, to decriminalizing marijuana. These are issues that will fire up Texas voters in November. 

Now we need to Get Out The Vote. With less than 80 days until the midterm election—and just 50 days until the voter registration deadline—we need to push hard to register and mobilize Texans like never before.
