Jack, it's time to show the GOP what our grassrootspower really is!! With barely 10 weeks to go, pundits are saying the North Carolina Senate race is “too close to call.”
To protect and expand our razor-thin Senate majority, we MUST elect Cheri Beasley in NC. Period.
Frankly, Jack, it’s an outrage that this race is even CLOSE. Cheri’s opponent, Ted Budd, is the textbook definition of a do-nothing politician — who has consistently put his party over his constituents, and achieved exactly ZERO for the people of North Carolina.
Budd voted AGAINST birth control access, AGAINST abortion rights, and AGAINST marriage equality. He voted AGAINST capping the cost of insulin and keeping this lifesaving medication within reach for the millions of people who depend on it.
With that track record, Budd doesn’t deserve a seat in the Senate. But with polls in a statistical dead heat, and more GOP dollars flowing in by the minute, this is going to be a fight to the finish.
