Dear Democrats,

I'd like to introduce our newest member of staff. Aisling Keane started last week as our new BluePrint to '22 Manager! Aisling has come back to Massachusetts after living in Wisconsin and working for Governor Tony Evers and Senator Tammy Baldwin. After working in battleground states at the local and federal level, and grassroots organizing during her time as a student at Smith college, we're excited that Aisling has brought her wealth of experience back home to Massachusetts.

Best,
Joe Sherlock
Acting Executive Director

BluePrint to ‘22: Our Candidates are Our Neighbors

This summer is flying by and election day is right around the corner. We don't want the Massachusetts primary and general election to sneak up on you so we're doing the preparations for you! To keep it neighborly, this week we are highlighting two of our targeted races that are running some of the strongest field operations across the Commonwealth.

Campaigns can only grow through bringing more people into their coalition, but that growth can't happen without volunteers like you. Scroll down to find opportunities to get involved with Jason Lewis and Donna Buckley!
Jason Lewis is running for re-election to the State Senate for the Fifth Middlesex. Having served as the Senate Chair of the Joint Committee on Education and the Assistant Vice Chair of the Senate Committee on Ways and Means, Jason knows the hard and important work of serving his constituents. While serving as Senator, Jason led passage of the Student Opportunity Act, an Act protecting youth from the health risks of tobacco and nicotine addiction, and led efforts to pass the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. He continues to deliver results for working families, affordable healthcare for all, and infrastructure investments. The Lewis campaign will be in Reading on Sunday August 21st from 4 to 7 pm to spread the word about early voting - use this link to sign up!

Donna Buckley is running for Barnstable County Sheriff. She has most recently served as General Counsel to the Barnstable County Sheriff's Office and has over 35 years of experience as a lawyer working in the public sector representing unions, public safety employees and educators. As Sheriff, Donna will operate a modern, professional correctional facility focused on correction, rehabilitation and treatment which will include robust pre-release programming, and relevant training for correctional staff. The Buckley campaign needs your help phone banking from 6 to 8 pm today Thursday, August 18th. If tonight doesn't work for you, the campaign will be phone banking every Tuesday and Thursday until election day!
