Today we passed the Inflation Reduction Act, ensuring that this country is ready to tackle the climate crisis, make billionaires pay their fair share, and so much more – this is a major step in the right direction.

The bill represents the largest climate investment in US history, tackles the high cost of prescription drugs, lowers the national deficit by roughly $305 billion through 2031, and more. JOHN, bills like the Inflation Reduction Act are the critical stepping stones to lasting change in our nation.

The Inflation Reduction Act is addressing critical issues in our nation, while creating and sustaining millions of jobs for Americans.

If we’re going to keep this up – I need to keep my seat in Congress. I am facing the toughest primary of my career and I need your help now more than ever: [[link removed]]If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will process immediately.

It is crucial we maintain and expand the Democratic majority in the House, so life-saving bills like the Inflation Reduction Act can keep getting passed. The future of our nation depends on this.

As we look forward to the expansive progress brought forth by the passing of the IRA bill, it is important we recall the hard work of Democrats to make this happen. JOHN, I am constantly working with my colleagues in the House to enact critical change — I’m not stopping anytime soon.

Today is a reminder that hard work makes change happen.

JOHN, I've been working hard my entire career and am eager to continue. We cannot afford to lose momentum now, pitch in right now to defend my seat and the critical progress we’ve made! [[link removed]]

Thank you,

Carolyn
