It’s an honor to have your support and to earn your votes, and now—thanks

I was just a kid when I dropped out of college and hitchhiked to Chicago
to organize against housing discrimination. That choice set me on a path
to public service and led me to this moment. Every victory since then,
including tonight’s, wouldn’t have been possible without the support of
passionate Vermonters, fighting for their neighbors from every corner of
the state. 

But the general election will be a much bigger challenge. With a 50-50
Senate, the GOP will flip the Senate red if they win this seat. Mitch
