Hi there, Friend, it’s Yuvonka.

There is no one I am more proud of than my husband, Don.

He served his country in the U.S. Air Force for eight years and then continued his public service as an educator and a state senator. Now, he needs your help to continue serving.

I’ve seen how Don goes to bat for our community. We met when he was running for mayor of his hometown, and soon enough, I found myself putting up yard signs and knocking on doors with him. He did a lot of good for our town, starting with fixing the potholes!

When Don ran into bigger issues he couldn’t fix as mayor (like lack of internet access), I encouraged him to run for the state senate. The state is now investing millions in getting eastern North Carolina rural broadband infrastructure.

I know that he will make a great congressman, but he needs our help to get there. Don’s end-of-the-month finance deadline is approaching quickly, and we’re counting on supporters like you to help us reach our goal.

I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t necessary. Please chip in $5, $10, $25, or more to my husband’s campaign today.
