Our campaign to flip KS-03 reached some crucial milestones this week. We are now just 95 days from November 8th! Team Adkins got right back on the campaign trail after celebrating Tuesday’s decisive victory, and because we know just how high the stakes are in November, we will be working hard day in and day out to bring our Kansas values to Washington.

Primary Victory Speech

I was so blessed to be surrounded by friends, family, and supporters as we kicked off the final stretch on Tuesday night at Pinstripes.

We are marching toward victory in November, and there is a simple reason for it: voters in KS-03 are not better off under the leadership of Joe Biden and Sharice Davids. I have said over the last year and a half that that is the one question we need to be asking our friends and neighbors. We know from talking with people in this district that they are not better off today with the effects of Democrats' policies.

Thank you to National Republican Congressional Campaign Chairman Tom Emmer for stopping by KS-03 this week. Tom’s visit to the District is HUGE news because it shows that Republicans across the country recognize the importance of our race. The path to retiring Nancy Pelosi runs right through KS-03! I’m so honored to have received endorsements from leaders in our community and across the country. We need all hands on deck if we want to achieve victory.

Why is Sharice Davids Trying to Raise Taxes?

Regardless of what the White House wants to call it, our country entered into a recession last week after two consecutive quarters of negative growth. On top of that, inflation continues to cripple our economy and is costing the average KS-03 family more than $6,000 per year.

Now, Democrats are introducing what they’re calling the “Inflation Reduction Act.” The truth about this bill?

It actually increases inflation over the next two years and includes a tax hike on Americans, even during a time of economic recession.

When I get to Washington, I’ll end this nonsense. With 40-year high inflation crippling families, individuals, and businesses, the last thing we need is more government spending and new tax hikes.
