Hello Team Geels!
While door knocking in Alamance County last week, Courtney met a leader in the community and struck up a conversation with him. He shared about the community doing a Backpack Drive. So Courtney stepped up to the plate and said she wanted to join his effort and bring volunteers. He was shocked and very surprised that a Republican wanted to help out!

We now have an opportunity to not only help a low income community in Burlington stuffing 50 backpacks with necessary school supplies, but also to let that community know that we care about all people! The goal is to get 50 of every item on the list (or 50 packs). What do you need to do?
  • Commit to purchasing a specific amount of item(s) from the list ASAP and email me **
  • Buy the items you committed to
  • Show up at the event wearing your Courtney Geels shirt and help the community serve the underrescourced kids.
  • If you cannot attend the event but still want to help, you can drop off your supplies at my house (Orange County) or Corrie's house (Alamance County) prior to August 20. Contact either one of us for our address.
