This week, I am honored to endorse my friend, Mondaire Jones, in his campaign for re-election in NY-10.

For over four decades, I’ve championed progressive legislation to benefit working families and defend our democracy from the far-right’s agenda. I know what a champion for our democracy looks like, and that leader is Mondaire Jones.

In recent years, I’ve worked closely with Mondaire to tackle critical issues like climate change and threats to our fundamental rights with bold, tangible solutions.

Last year, we stood arm and arm and introduced the Judiciary Act of 2021 to expand the Supreme Court and restore balance to that far-right institution.

But here’s the situation – Mondaire is in a tough re-election battle.
