We can’t let this slide, folks:

FIRST: Kennedy voted against the PACT Act, which provides critical healthcare for more than three million veterans exposed to harmful toxins.

THEN: He didn’t just vote against it. He and several of his Senate colleagues CELEBRATED the moment.

NOW: After days of public outcry and outrage from our veterans, Kennedy and his colleagues flipped their votes to pass the bill.

But here’s the thing: the text of the bill never changed. Kennedy didn’t vote to protect our men and women in uniform. He voted to cover his rear. And Louisianans will never forget it.

The cold hard truth is that Senator Kennedy cares about our veterans this much:

We can’t trust the Senator to do what is right for the American people. But we CAN replace him in November with a leader we can trust.
