** Our race for Washington’s First Congressional District has been called by virtually every news outlet. Mathematically, the other candidates cannot catch up to our vote count with the remaining votes still left to be counted. We achieved exactly what we set out to do; and that’s to finish in the top two. Simply put, we are going to the November ballot thanks to all of you.
Now the real work begins as we carry out the last phase of the campaign strategy.
We will be making some team additions and shuffling some folks around, as we prepare for the final push, starting Friday, August 5. I’m excited about the next 90 days as we sprint to the finish line. We have executed our plan flawlessly thus far, and I’m confident we will be victorious this November.
We could not have done this without all of you. Winning the August primary was huge, but only the first step. As we march into the final stretch, I’m calling on all of you to stand with me as we defend our republic from tyranny. The same people that shuttered your businesses, destroyed your careers, defunded your police, locked your children out of school and decimated our economy want you to re-elect them. We simply can't afford them anymore.
We will need to be steadfast and deliberate in our efforts, remembering that our opponent in this race is worth roughly 100 million dollars and will spend every penny to stay in office; just as she has done in years past. Your role as supporters will be vital to our success.
In closing, I wanted to reiterate my heartfelt gratitude to all of you. We are in this position because of all of you. The next step is to take this across the finish line together and return America back to “We the People.”
