Morning, John!

This is Bob with the campaign, I just wanted to quickly reach out and share a few updates on all the progress we’ve been making as a campaign. Lots of exciting things have happened in the past month!

1. Pro-Choice Rally
First up is the ‘StudentsFor75’ march we organized earlier this month in response to the overturning of Roe v Wade. We realized it was time to use our platform to amplify the voices of those around us, and so we invited guest speakers from across the state to come speak at the march--hundreds of students answered the call and we protested for hours. I’m incredibly proud of what we achieved that day.

2. New Team Members
With our campaign growing at break-neck speeds to catch up with the McCormick Political Machine, we’ve brought on some extra hands to lighten the load! I’m proud to say that they’re a brilliant, diverse group of minds that’ve supercharged this campaign. I couldn’t think of a better team to have by my side. Here’s one of our newest recruits:

3. Viral on Tiktok
Late last week, the unthinkable happened: I, a 51-year-old political candidate with a focus on solving the real issues of our society, went viral on Tik-Tok. In just hours, we gained hundreds of new followers; after two days, we added more than 4,000! Dozens have joined as volunteers and are helping us spread the message! Here’s my favorite video we’ve posted so far:

4. Endorsed by AFL-CIO
I’m honored, after decades of personally supporting and advocating for unions, to receive the official endorsement of the AFL-CIO: the largest confederation of labor unions in the country! It’s a tough endorsement to achieve but, after numerous interviews, I finally got the call! We’re so excited to have their support behind us; it’s coalitional efforts like these that’ll allow us to fight back against partisan gerrymandering and the millions of Corporate PAC dollars McCormick has raised.
