The Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR) has updated the Nebraska Higher Blend Tax Credit Act Application, Form HBTC-A to include the Schedule II - Nebraska Higher Blend Purchase spreadsheet, and revised application documentation requirements. The DOR has added Frequently Asked Questions to the HBTC landing page.
