Mr. Horowitz has been working hard since 2018 looking into potential FBI and DOJ misuse of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) wiretap warrants against President Donald Trump's presidential campaign. Much of the report was unsettling, to say the least. As Senator Graham said of the alleged FISA abuse, "If that doesn't bother you, you hate Trump too much. That should bother every American."
