Trump's team knew his actions and inactions on January 6th would likely result in violence. Trump pleaded with the Secret Service to allow his supporters to keep their weapons. The White House orchestrated a pre-planned "march" to the Capitol to stop the certification of the 2020 election.

And here in Florida, DeSantis’ personal attorney general Ashley Moody, served on the board of directors of a right-wing organization that sent out robocalls urging supporters to "fight" to "stop the steal.” And she signed the State of Florida onto a multi-state lawsuit that sought to overturn the election results, perpetuating the Big Lie that even lawyers in her own office called “batshit insane.”

Ashley Moody’s involvement in the run-up to the violent attack on January 6th and in the aftermath that helped spread the Big Lie with our tax dollars should disqualify her from serving as our state’s top law enforcement officer. Instead, she’s growing her $6 million re-election campaign war chest from the very same special interest groups that helped fan the flames that ultimately led to a violent attempt to overthrow our government.

But with your help, we can disqualify her at the ballot box if Daniel Uhlfelder can count on your support. He’s a tough attorney with more than 25 years of experience fighting for civil rights, workers’ rights, and consumers’ rights.
