Normal people struggling to buy gas and groceries have no reason to know this, but Florida has a $1,000 contribution limit to political campaigns. BUT, you can give an UNLIMITED amount to a political committee. Which, is truthfully just a crazy loophole that allows the rich and powerful to get around campaign finance rules and buy the politicians and policies they want in Tallahassee.

This is the same loophole that allows my opponents to get tens of thousands of dollars from mysterious dark money groups with zero accountability. Then they get to Tallahassee and pass corporate loopholes and insider deals that YOU end up paying for it when they fail to address your rising prices.



So, don't worry, I'm not actually buying a pirate ship. We're actually running one of the leanest campaigns in the state, with just 5% of what I've raised going to overhead.
