Big news, John --

This weekend I officially filed to run for Congress in Texas' 24th District and I am ready to serve the people of this great community. We had a great drive down and even met a constituent from Hurst at the charging station in Austin.

I'm honored to have been given the opportunity to fight for the best of who we are in North Texas and help flip TX-24 once and for all.  In the past few months, we have reached over 39,000 voters at their doors. Our team is showing incredible strength as we continue working a vigorous field strategy.

In the past few months we have grow our team in all capacities.  Our volunteer team has been out knocking doors to the tune of over 5,000 voters a weekend.  Our finance team has not only grown, but is working around the clock to help us build the resources to sustain our robust outreach program.  Our communications team has executed a plan to reach as many voters as possible with the type of messaging that speaks specifically to the needs of the district.

Finally, our data science team has been using machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence to identify voters and give our boots on the ground the most efficient plan to get the word out so that our volunteers' time and our donors' dollars don't go to waste.

But we still have so much work to do.  The truth is, our campaign is only going to get more competitive as we move into 2020.

This is a campaign funded by individual donors at all levels and I am very proud of the fact that YOU and so many others like you will help us beat the odds and flip this seat in 2020.

December marks the start of our final FEC fundraising push before the 2020 campaign season begins.  Now that science is officially on the ballot, I'm asking if you can chip in your first contribution of $5, $10, $25, or more to make sure we go into the last few months of the primary with strength.

Without you, none of this would be possible and I hope that you'll join me to make the kind of progress North Texas families want and deserve.  Let's work together and elect the first ever Neuroscientist to the United States' House of Representatives.

Onward to victory!
