The Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade was radical and un-American. We will NOT tolerate these attacks here in Washington state and we WILL fight back.
To start: We need to enshrine the right to a safe, accessible abortion within our state constitution. It's the only way we can protect the right of every woman and every person to have a safe, affordable abortion within our borders.

That's why I'm leading the effort to advance a state constitutional amendment to protect this fundamental right. But to get this done, we need folks across our state and across the country on board.

Without this basic right enshrined in our constitution, we are one Republican majority away from losing the right to abortion here in Washington state.
And frankly, Washington state's Republican Party has the same extreme anti-abortion agenda as the right-wing Supreme Court majority. We can't let them take even an inch.
To put an end to their anti-choice schemes for good, we need to enshrine the right to abortion within our state constitution.
To get this done, we'll have to show just how many Washingtonians and Americans believe that the right to abortion should be a non-negotiable, fundamental right. Let's hit this goal of 5,000 signatures together.
