When Democrats Turn Out

What we did: In 2018, it was our mission at When Democrats Turn Out to support House challengers in critical races and increase voter turnout in swing districts -- and it paid off. Democrats retook the House majority and are standing up to the corruption of the Trump administration.

What we’re doing: In 2020, we’re taking the fight to the Senate. WDTO is working non-stop to increase Democratic voter turnout for key races in Maine, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, Iowa, Kentucky, and Georgia -- they are all within grasp if we work hard together. Kicking Mitch McConnell out of the Senate and making headway on healthcare, climate change, and immigration are all within reach!!

Why we need you: We know Republicans will do anything to suppress the vote, legally or otherwise, with their piles of dark money and Trump campaign funds. We’re mobilizing voters in those critical states and supporting the campaigns that are going to win us back the Senate, but we can’t do it alone. We don’t take money from corporations -- we rely 100% on grassroots donations. And that means we need you.

Right now, we're falling short of our December fundraising to cover these key races, and if we don't turn this around before the holidays, we're going to have to scale back going into the most important election of our lifetime.
