Excessive Heat Impacts A-train Operations

With a forecasted high temperature of 106 degrees and an excessive heat warning issued by the National Weather Service, a heat restriction was issued for all DCTA train operations requiring trains to not exceed 40 MPH until 9 p.m. #RideDCTA
