xxxxxx,

I’m running for Florida Attorney General to hold Ron DeSantis and Ashley Moody accountable for the damage they’ve done and protect the people of Florida from price gougers, scam artists, and corporate polluters.

I don’t know how much you know about me or my background, so I wanted to share a little about myself and why I’m running for attorney general. If you have a moment, please watch my video. [[link removed]] [link removed] [[link removed]] I’ve dedicated my life to protecting civil rights and it all stems from my family’s own experiences. I was born and raised here in Florida after my family fled the Nazis in Europe. My great-grandparents were murdered in concentration camps, while my grandfather was able to escape to America. My grandfather’s stories of loss and struggle had a profound impact on me growing up and led me to seek a life of public service to our country that welcomed him with open arms.

If you know anything about me, you know that I’m driven by a strong sense of justice. I’ve fought to take down confederate flags above courthouse across the Panhandle, I earned the NAACP’s Foot Soldier in the Sand Award for my civil rights legal work here in Florida, and I’ve been leading the fight against the egregious book bans sweeping our state. My commitment to civil rights runs deep.

I’m not afraid to stand up to bullies, and I won’t back down from a fight. You may have seen me on the national news as I highlighted Ron DeSantis’ dangerous COVID policies by dawning a grim reaper outfit on our beaches. I will always fight for what’s right, and that’s what I’ll do as our next attorney general.

It’s not exactly the same approach as DeSantis’ personal attorney general, Ashley Moody. She wages DeSantis’ culture war battles in court with our tax dollars, funneling millions to out-of-state law firms filled with their friends and campaign donors, instead of doing the job she’s supposed to be doing — like cracking down on corporate price gougers that are jacking up costs on all of us as they rake in record profits and holding corporate polluters accountable for the damage they’re causing to our environment. It’s no wonder they’ve helped her build a multi-million dollar campaign war chest.

xxxxxx, if you want someone to hold Ron DeSantis and his personal attorney general accountable for the damage they’ve caused and actually serve the people of Florida, then please consider pitching in what you can to help provide our campaign with the resources we need to compete in this must-win election. As a bonus, you can help me ruin DeSantis’ presidential ambitions. [[link removed]] If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

With supporters like you, we can hold DeSantis and Moody accountable for their harmful actions and give the people of Florida an attorney general they deserve.

Thank you for being a part of this campaign, xxxxxx.

Daniel is running for Attorney General because for the last 4 years, the Florida Governor and Attorney General have been more interested in bullying those they don’t agree with than helping Florida families. It is time someone finally stood up to the bullies. Daniel is the person to do just that — donate now to help power his campaign to hold Ron DeSantis and Ashley Moody accountable![[link removed]]
