THEN: Franken said he wanted to make Iowa more like California, the state with $8 gas, unaffordable housing prices, and Prop 12 that would tell Iowa farmers how to raise eggs and bacon. Don’t forget, California is a sanctuary state that shields illegal immigrants.

NOW: We just learned that liberals from New York and California are pouring money into Franken’s campaign. Franken raised $2.8 million in 92 days.
