Have you decided what you're wearing to the ball this Tuesday? There are some very exciting things coming up!

First, some more exciting news: Rep. Charles Booker (who is exploring a bid against Mitch McConnell) will be joining us at our 12/15 meeting along with Reps. Cherlynn Stevenson and Joe Graviss! Please CLICK HERE ([link removed]) to RSVP and for details.

Are you going to the Beshear/Coleman parade, inauguration, and ball? See the bottom of this email for more. Hope to see you there! We want to thank the 14 volunteers who stepped up to help teachers find their place as Grand Marshals in the parade!

Plans for 2020: In conjunction with National Indivisible and other allies, we are planning a massive effort in 2020. Expect to see several large billboards, lots of contacting legislators, recruitment efforts, and more. More on that when details are available. Encourage your friends to get involved!

Also, as you may know, BGAA has ~5,000 members in the private Facebook Group and a large email list. Our participation rate online is fairly high, but in-person and general participation is low.It will take a while to contact all 5,000 members, but we will be asking every singe person to participate in some way in 2020. It will be an aggressive get-out-from-behind-the-keyboard effort. 2020 will be a challenging year, so we need all hands on deck. But, 2019 showed us that we can do great things when Kentuckians participate!

We look forward to seeing you this Tuesday and next Sunday at our first general meeting in a while.
