Jeff’s opponent is an assault weapons manufacturer. We have to tell you because he won’t.

Friends,

It’s James again, Jeff’s campaign manager.

Jeff has always run campaigns focused on being civil, honest, and transparent.

And that’s what we’re going to do with this campaign.

That means there’s something important you need to know, because it would be wrong not to tell you:

Our opponent is literally an assault weapons manufacturer.

We have to tell you because he won’t. He’s minimizing contact with the public, hoping that negative ads against us will put him over the top.

Meanwhile, he manufactures and markets AR-15s as good for “any scenario” and “precision shooting at close distance.”

Jeff Jackson for Congress

This is one of the assault weapons he markets as having “a clean, stealthy look.”

He also sells assembly kits for putting together your own assault weapons, which he markets as being “unbranded” for those who want a little more anonymity.

Jeff is about to hit his 20th year in the military. He served in Afghanistan. He knows these weapons and what their capabilities are.

Our opponent is trying his best to keep this off your radar. We can’t run a responsible campaign and let him do that. Not gonna happen.

But you should know: He could win. We all know he’s going to have plenty of money from groups like the NRA to attack Jeff with whatever the heck they come up with.

I am asking you very directly to contribute to this campaign to make sure that an assault weapons manufacturer – who will become the NRA’s top champion if elected – does not get that opportunity.

Voting rights. Affordable housing. Health care. Climate change. All crucial issues.

But also: Not electing a literal assault weapons manufacturer to Congress. That’s crucial, too.

That’s our opponent, and that’s my case for why you should give to this campaign today.
