John, the summer slump is here. Let me explain.

Right now, we’re seeing a dip in online fundraising. It happens every summer when people go on vacation or get busy, which is completely understandable!

But for a campaign like ours, which relies on grassroots donations to power us through to Election Day, we can’t afford to fall behind.

It’s hard to believe that the Democratic Primary is less than six weeks away on August 23rd. That means our campaign is firing on all cylinders right now to get out the vote.

I’m in this race to give NY-10 a progressive champion who knows how to take on a gridlocked Congress and win. With our health care, schools, basic rights, and economic opportunities on the line, we can’t get complacent now.
