Today, bills were introduced in the U.S. House as a defense against states’ plans to criminalize traveling out-of-state to receive abortions. This package of bills would protect abortion providers, transportation providers, and abortion seekers who cross state lines.
But we know that as of today, these protections face an unlikely future in the Senate.
