Texas Republican leadership were told last year – and not for the first time – that they should connect our grid to power from other states.

They didn't listen, and now we are once again at risk.

    As temperatures surge into the triple digits, our neighbors are at risk all because of gross incompetence from Republicans who don’t do what’s necessary.

Republican leadership in Texas were told what to do to fix the problem, but they refused to take necessary action.

Now our older neighbors are at risk of serious medical danger, and I'm furious.
