We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, folks: North Carolina voters will play a critical role in deciding the outcome of the midterm elections. And the fight to protect our Democratic majorities may be even closer to home than we thought.

Politico just named Wake County, North Carolina one of the 20 counties nationwide that will decide the midterm election.

It’s clear national Republicans know this too, which is why they recently flooded the airwaves in Raleigh-Durham with a $6 million ad buy, and we’re sure there will be more where that came from.

With so many critical fights ahead of us — from restoring reproductive freedom to lowering costs for working families — it’s more important than ever that we break through the noise of right-wing attacks, re-elect Deborah Ross, and protect our Democratic majorities, and it’s clear that it could all come down to our district.
