Friend — The Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade has resulted in nationwide backlash, as it should. SCOTUS’ decision has made it clear: the fight for reproductive rights has gone to the state level, and if we want to secure our reproductive rights once and for all, we need to do it ourselves.

And voters are taking action! According to Ballotpedia — more abortion-related ballot measures are on record in 2022 than in any other year in history! We’re confident in the power of direct democracy to secure our permanent reproductive freedom — especially our work with our partners in Michigan & Vermont — but we want to know what you think, team:

Do you think ballot measures are the key to securing our reproductive rights once and for all?

YES → [[link removed]]NO → [[link removed]]

FACT: After nearly 50 years of upholding Roe v. Wade , an extremist-packed SCOTUS overturned the landmark law, proving that we can’t rely on the court to uphold our freedoms.

FACT: In 2021, and again in light of SCOTUS’ decision on Roe , Congress failed to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act due to partisan political games and gridlock. This bill would have codified our reproductive rights had it passed the Senate.

FACT: Extremist officials in state legislatures across the country have already started passing anti-abortion laws and bans in the wake of Roe being overturned. If they can pass abortion-related laws at the state level, so can we.

Team, we believe in the power of direct democracy to secure our most critical freedoms! If you agree, please let us know:

Are ballot measures the key to securing our reproductive rights once and for all?

YES → [[link removed]]NO → [[link removed]]

Thanks for your input, friend!
