As you likely know, Sheriff Lombardo won a hard-fought race to earn the Republican nomination for Nevada Governor last month, and this year’s Basque Fry will be a great opportunity for him to share more with Nevadans about his vision for our state’s future. Silver State conservatives have a tremendous opportunity to turn Nevada red this year … and of course, winning the Governor’s race will be an absolutely critical part of that effort.

Sheriff Lombardo is an outstanding leader and public servant who has dedicated his life to keeping our communities safe. He serves as Sheriff of Clark County and as the head of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the combined law enforcement agency for Las Vegas and Clark County. Prior to his election as sheriff in 2014, he served as a commissioned officer of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for 26 years.

He was promoted to the position of Police Sergeant in 1996, and during his time as a Sergeant, he was awarded the Meritorious Service Award for outstanding service to the Las Vegas community. He was promoted to the position of Lieutenant in 2001, to Captain in 2006, to Deputy Chief in 2008, and to Assistant Sheriff in 2011, where he was responsible for the Law Enforcement Services Group. He is also an Army veteran and a two-time graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

It will be a real honor to welcome him to Corley Ranch as part of this year’s stellar speaker lineup … so don’t miss this chance to hear from him and the rest of our all-star speakers in person ([link removed]) .

As a reminder, the Basque Fry will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. PDT on Saturday, August 13 at Corley Ranch in Gardnerville. Just click here ([link removed]) to get your ticket today, and we’ll see you there!

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Morning in Nevada PAC
