Over the last month we’ve seen him continue his pattern of failing and harming Texans and our vulnerable communities over and over again.

After the horrifying and heartbreaking shooting right here in our district at Robb Elementary, Greg Abbott told the press “it could have been worse” to downplay just how devastating it was.

And when Texans directed calls for common-sense gun reform toward Abbott, he chose to put his agenda and his relationship with the gun lobby over the lives of our kids and families.

Then horrific news broke that 46 migrant bodies were found in an abandoned trailer in San Antonio, TX, also hitting close to home. Instead of recognizing and addressing the extreme risk migrants are taking every day to enter this country and his role in creating the inhumane border crisis we’re facing, he chose to point fingers and shirk responsibility.

Time and time again, Greg Abbott has put Texans' health, safety, and well-being second to his own political priorities and his campaign bank account — and it’s time for us to say NO MORE.

It doesn’t stop there. Greg Abbott was ready to double down the minute Roe v. Wade was overturned. He had a trigger law set up, welcoming back a complete abortion ban from the 1920s, worsening the already restrictive 6-week abortion law from last September.

The Dallas Morning News released a poll just last week that showed a majority of Texans DISAPPROVE of Abbott’s trigger law to ban all abortions. Yet, Abbott continues to act against our wishes.

We’ve seen the people of this state, and of our district, hurt by Greg Abbott and his backward administration. And it’s time for a change.

We need to speak up now, growing the fight until the election this November to finally kick him and his GOP pals out of office and replace them with REAL leaders who will actually represent and fight for the people of TX-23.
