President Biden is calling for a filibuster carve-out to codify Roe v. Wade. We completely agree that it’s time to protect reproductive freedom by all means necessary.

But while Biden calls for Congress to act, he is reportedly making a deal with Mitch McConnell to nominate an anti-choice judge to a lifetime appointment in Kentucky.
