Friend,

Did you know that even with more women in elected office than ever before in our nation’s history, Congress is still dominated by men? Men make up 73% of our current Congress.

In a post- Roe world, it couldn’t be clearer that we need more women’s voices in Congress, to push for concrete policy actions to protect women — our autonomy, our rights, and to truly level the playing field. But I want to know what you think, if you have a second to spare? [[link removed]]

Do you think we should have more women representing us in Congress?

Right now, millions of women here in Florida and across our nation are facing serious challenges that require policy solutions in Congress. With your support, as your next Congresswoman I will do everything I can to address these issues: *

*Roe hasn’t been codified into law after nearly fifty years

*The maternal mortality rate is 3x higher than other industrialized nations

*A woman is shot and killed by her partner every 14 hours

*Mothers are being passed over for promotions at work

*Women still make 83¢ on the dollar for doing the same jobs as men (or less for Black and brown women, mothers, immigrants, and women over 45)

We deserve leaders who will take action now to protect women — real action that impacts millions of women and their families.

Friend, I believe we need more women’s voices in Congress to help address these challenges so many women are facing every day. You know where I stand, but now I am hoping you can let me know what you think, if you have a quick second? [[link removed]]

I don’t want to be elected to Congress just because I’m a woman. But the simple fact is we need more women’s voices, more women’s support, and more women’s leadership in order to finally make these issues a priority.

Thank you for your support and sharing your thoughts with me.
