Summer Entertainment Series

2022

Wednesday Evenings • 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Welcome to Lee District Nights! This series of free public concerts features a wide variety of musical acts from jazz to big band, classic to bluegrass, Latin, swing and vintage rock ‘n roll. We hope these musical evenings will bring our community together for an enjoyable night out with family and friends. Bring a picnic dinner and a blanket and sit back and enjoy the show.


This is a great way to spend a Wednesday evening and to support Karina. Arrive at 6:30pm, wear your Karina t-shirt at the event and enjoy the show! Let us know that you are going and we will get t-shirts to you.

This week’s performance is by King Teddy. King Teddy is an upbeat, five-piece combo featuring great vocals, saxophone, a driving beat and a song list that dares the foot not to tap. Although the band’s influences are varied (Louis Prima to Sam Cooke to Gene Vincent to Brian Setzer to even the Beatles), King Teddy has a single-minded musical mission - to swing, baby, swing!

Performances are held outdoors, bring lawn chairs. In case of inclement weather call the concert hotline at 703-324-7469 before leaving home. Cancellations are posted one hour prior to the show time
