| How do you keep it on the positive? If you’re Chris Bridges, aka Ludacris, you seem to do so rather easily — by exercising, focusing on the moment, spending lots of time with the kids, and “constantly moving forward.” Ludacris might be the poster child for the summer months, and an inspiration for all to keep moving forward and carve out some time for what matters. So take 30 minutes to splash at the pool and laugh with the kids, find 10 minutes to meditate, call in sick on a Friday and just do nothing, find time for a quickie in the morning after dropping the kids off at camp. There are plenty of ways to seize the day. In the words of Ludacris, “If you’re tired, you’re tired; if you snooze you lose.” |
