** PRESS AND U.S. GOVERNMENT HIDING CONSPIRACY BY REMAINING SILENT

Police tell Americans when they are arrested, “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.” Attorneys also recommend that their accused clients remain silent.

But Americans would not expect the entire American Press Corp and all government officials to remain silent for over three years if they are accused by a U.S. Senate candidate of sabotaging his U.S. Senate candidacy.

But go “publicly silent” is exactly what the American Press, U.S. Senators, and political operatives have done in the hopes of keeping hidden from Americans that they sabotaged a U.S. Senate race.

The entire American Press Corp, all U.S. government officials, and their minions have chosen to take the equivalent of “The Fifth” in the courtroom of public opinion because they know that they sabotaged the 2018 West Virginia U.S. Senate race.

The American Press knows that they not only illegally altered the outcome of a U.S. Senate race but that they also changed the balance of power in the U.S. Senate, and deprived West Virginia voters of a fair election. Yet they do not report this as news.

If anyone else sabotaged a U.S. Senate election it would be big “News”. But it is not news at all if the Press and McConnell did the sabotaging. The Press has taken the public “Fifth” to hide their guilt from their viewers and all Americans.

The Press, McConnell, and others have committed an act of treason. They lied in order to sabotage a U.S. Senate election and now they are silent to cover-up their conspiracy. A conspiracy that is exceedingly worse than the Watergate scandal.

The Press and McConnell conspiring with one another to maintain their control of the American government is a clear act of treason. The only caveat being that they are not overthrowing the government they are maintaining their corrupt control of it.

Senator McConnell’s treacherous actions exposed his smallness. He first ran false ads about me. But when that didn’t work he panicked and begged President Trump and Fox News to help him beat my candidacy. Fox then did exactly that.

Senator McConnell and the Press are desperate to keep hidden that they stole the 2018 West Virginia U.S. Senate seat.

But I believe McConnell and Senator Manchin did something even more treacherous. I believe they sabotaged the criminal justice system by both using their positions to help convict me and by preventing my conviction from being voided.

Here are the facts:

First fact, the 2010 Upper Big Branch Mine tragedy was caused by the government. This is a proven fact. Forensics, sworn government witness testimony, hidden government documents, and more make this fact clear.

Second fact, my criminal prosecution was corrupt, politically motivated, and the prosecutors were guilty of purposeful prosecutorial misconduct. This is also a proven fact. But this fact too has been kept hidden by the Press and the DOJ.

Third fact, the Press purposefully defamed me following the request of top U.S. government officials to do so. In fact, no one denies that McConnell appealed to Fox for help to beat my candidacy nor that Fox helped beat my candidacy.

The one fact that I cannot yet fully prove is that McConnell and Manchin sabotaged my criminal case proceedings.

But Manchin wrote a letter to federal prosecutors insisting I be indicted. At the same time he said he had no proof. Yet he went on national television and said he believed I had blood on my hands. Soon after I was indicted.

There is also circumstantial evidence that Manchin interfered in my efforts to uncover the prosecutorial misconduct that Was eventually uncovered. There is also reason to believe that McConnell interfered in my effort to void my conviction.

Are Americans expected to believe that Manchin and McConnell would not sabotage criminal proceedings if they are willing In sabotage federal elections?

It has now been twelve years since the government blew up the mine. Eight years since Manchin insisted I be indicted. Six years since I was falsely convicted of a misdemeanor. Four years since McConnell’s conspiracy sabotaged an election.

And now three plus years of complete U.S. Press and U.S. Government silence as the conspiracy coverup continues.

The facts make clear that the United States Government and the American Press are corrupt and that they worked together to sabotage an election. It is also clear that U.S. Senators can influence indictments, prosecutions, and legal proceedings.

If U.S. Senators want an accused American to be prosecuted then he has no more chance of getting a fair trial in America that Brittney Griner did in Russia.

If Mitch McConnell and Fox News want to beat a Republican candidate that candidate has no chance at all of winning the election.

It remains to be seen whether McConnell and the Press can continue to keep hidden their worse than Watergate scandal But it is highly likely that members of SCOTUS, whose seats McConnell secured, will make that decision within the next two years.
