Now for our exciting update:

Texas AFL-CIO is endorsing John for Congress!

This is MAJOR news, john. Texas AFL-CIO brings together more than 460 affiliates and locals across the state — that means they represent over 235,000 workers who are teachers, firefighters, farm workers, steelworkers, doctors, nurses, and more.

Here’s what Texas AFL-CIO President, Rick Levy, said about why they’re endorsing John:

“This endorsement represents the support of thousands of working women and men from across our state; fellow Texans who want leaders like John Lira who will fight for improved wages, expanded benefits, fully funded neighborhood schools, and increased access to affordable health care coverage, among other issues.”

Texas AFL-CIO is putting their full weight and support behind John because they know he’s the fighter that we need for the future of Texas.

Can we count on you to put your support alongside that of the thousands of workers in Texas AFL-CIO by making a contribution to power John’s campaign?

Let’s keep up the momentum,
Team Lira
