Americans have questions about the disparate treatment of January 6th protestors and the BLM/Antifa rioters of 2020. J6 defendants have been denied bail and locked in solitary confinement with repeatedly delayed trials, while BLM/Antifa rioters got quick release on bail funds raised by Kamala Harris and friends. 

 

We must stand up for the constitutional rights of all Americans and ensure our system of justice treats every American equally.

with several other Members of Congress to bring attention to the unconstitutional treatment of the J6 defendants. These individuals are being targeted by Biden’s DOJ for being Republican, and denied their due process rights. We can’t stand by and let this disparate treatment continue!

 

It is crucial to obtain a Republican Supermajority in Congress this November so we can launch investigations into Democrats’ denial of due process and unacceptable treatment of American citizens!
