If it wasn’t for America, I don’t know if I'd be alive right now.

My family escaped communism in Vietnam and came to this great country as refugees.

My father was on the communist party’s kill list, but America welcomed him with open arms.

Once we got here, we were amazed - my parents didn’t even know the freedoms we have here were possible.

But now, I’m horrified to see some of these freedoms being taken away by the radical Left.

I am forever in debt to America, and I won't let the country I owe my life to go down the same path as the communist horror I left behind.

Will you stand with me today to defend the American Dream and protect our freedoms before the radical Left takes them away?

Growing up, I knew I owed everything to our great country, John.

That’s why I attended the Naval Academy and served in the Navy for 25 years.

But just because I’ve hung up my uniform doesn’t mean I’m done fighting.
