This morning, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that House Democrats will begin drafting articles of impeachment against President Trump. From the beginning, this entire process has been partisan, political, and predetermined to go against President Trump. Simply put, the facts didn’t matter to Democrats.

Friend, think about this: A House Democrat went on national television today to talk about impeachment and said “we need to win this game for America.” That’s right, Democrats think impeachment is a “game.” Click here to help us tell Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, and House Democrats that impeaching a duly-elected president isn’t a game. It’s an abuse of power.

Today’s announcement shows Democrats’ blatant hypocrisy. Nancy Pelosi spent months telling the American people that House Democrats would never pursue a “divisive” impeachment effort unless it was “overwhelmingly bipartisan.” As of today, not a single Republican will be supporting the impeachment of President Trump.
 
It’s clear that House Democrats have lost all credibility on this issue, and the hypocrisy of their partisan and political impeachment inquiry is on full display for the American people.
