There’s an invasion of illegal aliens at our southern border and what is the Biden administration doing? Disciplining Border Patrols agents caught up in last year’s debunked allegations of ‘whipping’ Haitian illegal aliens. 

 

Is it any wonder morale among Border Patrol agents is so low?

 

Last month, we broke the record for illegal alien encounters by Border Patrol: 239,000. But President Biden doesn’t care! Disciplining these innocent agents for doing their job helps Biden achieve his goal of open borders.

 

Last week, I sent a letter to DHS Secretary Mayorkas demanding a briefing on this insane action. They cannot simply give in to calls from open border activists to punish innocent agents and get away with it. 

 

 

It is unacceptable for Border Patrol agents - who daily put themselves in harm’s way - to be continually persecuted for trying to do their jobs!

 

As part of my America First Contract with the American people, I will take swift steps to secure the southern border within the first 100 days of my next congressional term!

 

I will lead an America First Congressional supermajority in reinstating the Remain in Mexico Policy, reestablishing the authority to remove illegal aliens under our statutes, funding the completion of the border fence and other necessary infrastructure, and restoring effective policies that provide oversight and ensure government agencies are following the law.
