Team, I’m so grateful for your continued support.

In the weeks since our primary victory, we’ve seen an outpouring of grassroots contributions from people who know that we must stand together and demand our seat at the table.

Activist justices on the Supreme Court have taken away our hard-won right to choose and undermined some of the fundamental democratic principles our nation was founded on.

As we celebrate Independence Day, I urge you to recommit yourself to the fight for our democracy.

If you watched the January 6 House Committee hearings recently, you know how fragile that democracy truly is.

The Trump administration knowingly encouraged an armed, violent overthrow of the 2020 election results – and now, many of the right-wing extremists who promote that same “Big Lie” are running for office in this election.

With the Supreme Court trampling our fundamental rights and far-right extremists directly threatening our democracy, holding and expanding our Democratic majority in Congress is our only path forward to upholding the ideals of our country’s founding.

Happy Independence Day!

– Jamie
