We’re fed up. And we know you are too, friend

Team — we’re fed up. Fed up with SCOTUS stripping us of our freedoms — giving guns more rights than people with uteruses. Fed up with Congress letting political games — on both sides of the aisle — get in the way of actionable change and putting our children in harm’s way. This is all to say, when it comes to Washington, we’re over it.

When you’re as passionate about progress as us, it can feel like you’re shouting and shouting for change, and no one in Washington is listening. Believe me — we get it.

But what I will say is: we have hope. Ballot measures really are our way to go around a broken system. When it feels like no one is listening, we are. We’re working in Vermont and Michigan to help voters pass permanent reproductive protections in each state. We’re working in South Dakota to give working people without health insurance the care they need by expanding Medicaid. We’re working with voters in Nebraska to raise wages to a livable standard, so working parents don’t need three jobs just to get by.

Believe me, team — we’re listening. And we’re winning. We’ve found the workaround that passes life-changing policy when Washington won’t act. We’ve done it 24 times over, and we’re ready to do it 7 more this November.

7 campaigns makes this our biggest slate ever. And finishing out this quarter strong is the only surefire way to power these campaigns into the thick of what may be the most critical midterm election of the decade.

Right now, we’re just $214 short of our $30,000 End-of-Quarter goal, friend. If you’d like to chip in to help us hit our goal, you can donate at the link here: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/TFPUS-ALL-Email-June2022-FR-endofjunematch?refcode=KellyPersonal&amount=25

Or if you’d like to help us hit our goal well before midnight, you can chip in the full $214 here: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/TFPUS-ALL-Email-June2022-FR-endofjunematch?refcode=KellyPersonal&amount=214

Thanks for your help, friend. Together, we can do this.

Kelly
