We are only hours away from our critical end-of-month fundraising deadline, and I’m counting on your support to show the media, Ron DeSantis, Ashley Moody, and the far-right special interests bankrolling their campaigns that we have what it takes to compete in this election and hold them accountable.

If I can’t count on your support, we won’t have the resources we need to take on the far-right special interests bankrolling Moody’s campaign. We won’t be able to hold DeSantis and Moody accountable for wasting our taxpayer dollars waging losing culture war battles in court. We won’t be able to crack down corporate price-gougers raking hardworking families over the coals as they post record profits. We won’t be able to hold corporate polluters accountable for damaging our environment. And we won’t be able to deliver accountability and justice to Florida that we desperately need.

Corruption is running rampant in Florida, and I will use the power of the office of Florida’s Attorney General to serve the people of Florida, not extreme politicians and far-right special interests. I will be able to use my experience as an attorney over the last 25 years handling products liability, personal injury, commercial, criminal matters, and protecting our civil rights to serve the people of Florida.

I’m not afraid to stand up to bullies, and I won’t back down from a fight. As a concerned citizen, I’ve highlighted Ron DeSantis’ dangerous COVID policies by dawning a grim reaper outfit on our beaches. I’ve fought to take down the confederate flag flying above the courthouse where I live here in the Panhandle. I’ve fought against wealthy landowners trying to block Floridians from accessing our beaches. I will always fight for what’s right, and that’s what I’ll do as our next attorney general.

But to do that, I’m counting on your support to help provide the resources we need during this critical moment for our campaign. It’s going to be an uphill battle against Moody’s millions, but together we can win this election — and I’m counting on everyone’s support to provide the resources we need to counter their attacks and get our message out to voters across Florida who will decide this can’t-lose election.
