Our district is a top target for national Republicans looking to retake the House majority, and they have chosen a radical insurrectionist as their candidate for this race. Derrick Van Orden cannot be allowed to serve in Congress. He doesn’t respect our free and fair elections, will continue the assault on our reproductive rights, and lacks the basic values of decency and integrity that our representatives must uphold.
Wisconsinites deserve better than Derrick Van Orden. I have served my country before as a Captain in the Army and in the CIA, and I’m ready to do so again in Congress. I will work to secure the right to access reproductive health care, voting rights, and our democratic processes, but to get to Washington, we first have to run a campaign that can win.
