Missouri’s leaders are hellbent on causing maximum harm to people who need an abortion, including cases of rape and incest—and even ectopic pregnancies, that left untreated can kill or cause serious irreversible damage.

My opponent, Ann Wagner, calls this state of affairs “tremendous”; I call it reprehensible:

As a person of faith, I have supported pro-choice organizations and have marched in defense of bodily autonomy and freedom all of my life. Why? Because life is complicated, we don’t have all the answers, and every person should be in control of their own bodies, and their own lives.

Wagner very frequently and very loudly reminds us of her supposed Christian morals, yet she celebrates a decision that is causing immediate and irreparable harm to thousands. She must be defeated, and I am fired up and ready to take her on and win in November. I need you to have my back in this fight if we are going to win and replace a so-called “pro-life” corporate hack with someone who will stand up for our rights and work to codify Roe v.
