We knew this was coming, yet it’s still shocking. Yesterday, the Republican-controlled Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Make no mistake: this is a crisis and our worst fears coming true.

I am angry that generations of women fought tirelessly to secure access to abortion and now my daughter’s generation is seeing these protections erased. We are forced to carry on a fight that should have been settled long ago.

I hope you’ll channel your anger by making a contribution to support Democrats today. Together we can keep fighting to protect abortion rights by holding Republicans accountable and electing Democrats who will uphold choice.

Democrats may have narrow majorities in Congress and a Democrat in the White House, but right now it’s not enough to stop the extreme Supreme Court majority.
